Its Not About What You Want...

Some of us who go after clients always seem to think that its about getting a great client that understands us and will give us as much work as we can possibly handle. We forget at times to think of the client and what it is that they are looking for. Your future clients are looking for a company that knows what they need to help grow their business. Essentially, their goals become our goals, because if they succeed, we succeed. We should become more client focused. We need to anticipate their needs by doing research on the prospective client as well as their competition. We need to listen more and be attentive to their business needs. It's really not about us and how our business can grow, as much as it is about how we can provide the best service to our clients as well as our future clients, so that everyone involved can be more successful.
